ARTICULO 8o. El incumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto, será causal de sanción por las autoridades competentes en desarrollo de las acciones de inspección y vigilancia, de conformidad con lo consagrado en la Ley 10 de 1990, artículo 49, y demás normas concordantes.
