ARTICULO 5o. El reconocimiento y pago de los servicios que se presten a las personas víctimas de los atentados terroristas, por parte de las instituciones hospitalarias, públicas o privadas, se efectuará con sujeción a las tarifas fijadas por la Junta Nacional para el Fondo del Seguro Obligatorio de Accidentes de Tránsito FONSAT.
