ARTICULO 3o. Los servicios de atención hospitalaria prestados a las víctimas de atentados terroristas que se hubieren causado a partir del 1° de enero de 1993 o que en adelante se causen incluyen

1.

El material médico quirúrgico.

2.

Los medicamentos.

3.

Los honorarios médicos.

4.

Los servicios de apoyo tales como bancos de sangre, laboratorios, imágenes diagnósticas.

5.

El transporte.

6.

Los servicios de rehabilitación física que reglamente el Ministerio de Salud.
