Con el objeto de facilitar la revisión de los vehículos que transitan en forma permanente en ciudades diferentes a aquellas en donde fueron matriculados, los propietarios podrán solicitar el cambio de residencia del vehículo y el traslado de su cuenta. Las autoridades de tránsito competentes tendrán un plazo de treinta (30) días calendario para efectuar el trámite respectivo.
