Una vez realizada la revisión del vehículo, el centro de diagnóstico certificará el estado técnico-mecánico del mismo en el Formulario de Revisión. Si el vehículo cumple con las condiciones exigidas para poder transitar, el funcionario de la Oficina de Tránsito diligenciará la primera hoja del Formulario Unico Nacional, la cual será entregada al propietario del vehículo junto con el Formulario de Revisión.
