Para efectos del presente Decreto se entiende por centro de diagnóstico aquellas instalaciones dotadas de por lo menos un cárcamo y equipo técnico para revisar el sistema de luces, disposición y geometría de la dirección de los vehículos y de gatos hidráulicos o neumáticos con capacidades de 4.000 libras para revisión de vehículos livianos y 11.000 libras para revisión de vehículos pesados.
