º Ningún vehículo podrá transitar por el territorio nacional sin portar el Certificado de Movilización vigente; quien lo haga incurrirá en multa equivalente a cinco (5) salarios mínimos legales diarios vigentes, sin perjuicio de las demás sanciones establecidas en el presente Decreto. Las autoridades de Tránsito que conozcan del caso, remitirán copia de la orden de comparendo a la Oficina de Tránsito donde el vehículo tenga radicada su cuenta .
