º El Certificado de Movilización deberá ser fijado en el vidrio delantero del vehículo sin obstaculizar la visibilidad del conductor y será por razones de seguridad, el único elemento que podrá colocarse en el mencionado sitio so pena de ser sancionado con multa equivalente a tres (3) salarios mínimos legales diarios vigentes .
