° El encargado del control administrativo asumirá las funciones de ordenador, correspondiéndole en consecuencia las siguientes: Autorizar administrativamente las cuentas de cobro que se presenten al Tesorero de Comité Organizador de la Novena Serie, por: Hospedaje de las Delegaciones participantes en el torneo; Compra de trofeo, medallas y demás insignias conmemorativas o alusivas al certamen; Compra de enseres, útiles deportivos, de secretaría, etc.; Gastos imprevistos.
