ARTICULO 2o. El literal a ) del artículo 4° del Decreto 07 de 1993 que señala las obligaciones de los suscriptores, licenciatarios o las personas autorizadas para emplear sistemas de radiocomunicaciones, quedará así: "a) Portar permanentemente la tarjeta distintiva de suscriptor o persona autorizada, expedida por el concesionario o licenciatario."
