ARTICULO 5 º A partir del 1º de enero de 1994, el incremento de salario por antigüedad que vienen percibiendo algunos funcionarios a quienes se les aplica este Decreto, en virtud de lo dispuesto en los Decretos extraordinarios 721 y 897 de 1978, y 47 de 1993, se reajustará en el veintiuno por ciento (21%). Si al aplicar el porcentaje de que trata el presente artículo, resultaren centavos, se desecharán.
