Cuando las necesidades del servicio lo ameriten, el Director General de Apoyo Fiscal podrá organizar funcionalmente Delegaciones de Apoyo Fiscal. Corresponderá a estas dependencias desarrollar las funciones que le sean delegadas por el Jefe de la Oficina Regional respectiva. CAPITULO VIII Disposiciones varias.
