Corresponde a la División de Fiscalización de la Dirección General de Apoyo Fiscal el ejercicio de las siguientes funciones

a)

Preparar el plan general y los programas de fiscalización y supervisar y evaluar su desarrollo y cumplimiento;

b)

Programar y evaluar el desarrollo de las funciones de fiscalización y determinación del Impuesto de Consumo de Cervezas y Sifones.

c)

Elaborar manuales de procedimiento y técnicas de fiscalización e investigación tributaria;

d)

Practicar investigaciones tributarias de competencia de las Oficinas Regionales, cuando el Subdirector de Control así lo indique;

e)

Las demás que le sean asignadas según su naturaleza. 7.3.2 De la Divisiónn de Cobro.
