º Los ordenadores del gasto señalados en el artículo 1º del presente Decreto, solicitarán previamente a la Dirección Administrativa y Financiera, los informes y datos necesarios que permitan establecer que existe saldo disponible y no comprometido en la apropiación, para que se pueda asumir el compromiso, igualmente que la erogación que se va a ordenar, se ajusta a las disposiciones legales sobre la materia.
