º La ordenación del gasto en servicios personales se regirá por las siguientes normas

Los salarios y demás emolumentos que perciben los empleados y funcionarios vinculados legal y reglamentariamente a la Contraloría General de la República, conforme a las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia salarial y prestacional;

Los gastos de representación con carácter de remuneración especial, conforme a lo determinado en el numeral 7º del artículo 35 de la Ley 75 de 1986. De la ordenación del gasto en los contratos.
