º Corresponde al Contralor General de la República, ejercer la facultad de ordenación del gasto, inherente a su propia organización administrativa, quien podrá delegarla mediante acto administrativo interno en los términos y condiciones que estime pertinentes, en el Director Administrativo y Financiero, en el Gerente del Fondo Especial de Vivienda, en el Jefe de la División de Bienestar Social y en los funcionarios con cargo equivalente a Director General, cuando el Contralor así lo determine.
