° La Policía que por este Decreto se nacionaliza estará bajo la suprema dirección del Director General de la Policía Nacional y bajo la inmediata del Gobernador y de las autoridades de Policía del lugar donde preste sus servicios; quedará sujeta a los reglamentos de disciplina para la Policía Nacional.
