DIVISION DE PROMOCION DE COOPERACION TECNICA INTERNACIONAL. Es función de la División realizar, bajo la dirección del Jefe de la División Especial de Cooperación Técnica Internacional, las funciones de ésta en cuanto se relacionan con la obtención y aprovechamiento de las fuentes y ofertas de cooperación técnica internacional, la negociación de las mismas y la evaluación de sus beneficios, así como la coordinación de la cooperación técnica colombiana a otros países.
