DIVISION DE ANALISIS DE INVERSIONES EXTRANJERAS. Es función de la División realizar, bajo la dirección del Jefe de la División Especial de inversión Extranjera, las funciones de ésta en cuanto se relacionan con la formulación y aplicación de normas sobre la inversión extranjera en Colombia y la inversión colombiana en el exterior, incluyendo la preparación de las decisiones que deba tomar el Departamento sobre las solicitudes de autorización de tales inversiones.
