DIVISION DE COMERCIO EXTERIOR. Es función de la División realizar, bajo la dirección del Jefe de la Unidad de Desarrollo Industrial y Tecnológico, las funciones de ésta en cuanto se relacionan con la exportación e importación de bienes y servicios, la política arancelaria y comercial, la integración económica y las negociaciones bilaterales y multilaterales, incluyendo el apoyo a las entidades pertinentes para la participación de Colombia en el Acuerdo General de Tarifas y Aranceles, el Grupo Andino y la Aladi, así como los aspectos de organización institucional y situación financiera de las entidades oficiales relacionadas con el comercio exterior.
