DIVISION DE PROGRAMAS SOCIALES ESPECIALES. Es función de la División realizar, bajo la dirección del Jefe de la Unidad de Desarrollo Social las funciones de ésta en cuanto se relacionan con políticas planes y programas sociales multisectoriales y con la promoción de los indígenas, la mujer, el bienestar familiar, la juventud, la tercera edad, la prevención y tratamiento de la drogadicción, la comunicación social y la participación comunitaria.
