Es función específica de la Unidad de Desarrollo Social ejercer las funciones de que trata el artículo 24 del presente Decreto, en relación con los sectores de educación, cultura y recreación, de salud de trabajo, empleo y Seguridad social, de justicia, y de comunicación social, así como en el análisis poblacional y con los programas relativos a comunidades y grupos especiales de población.
