SECCION DE BIBLIOTECA Y ARCHIVO. Son funciones de la Sección

Desarrollar las labores de biblioteca, archivo y microfilmación, y adoptar los métodos, sistemas y procedimientos para su funcionamiento.

Organizar y actualizar los sistemas de documentación e información nacional e internacional en los cuales participe el Departamento.

Atender al intercambio de publicaciones con otras bibliotecas y centros de investigación y documentación, nacionales e internacionales.

Atender la distribución y venta de las publicaciones del Departamento.

Las que reciba por delegación, aquellas inherentes a las funciones que desarrolla y las demás que se le asignen.
