DIVISION ADMINISTRATIVA. Son funciones de la División

Prestar el apoyo logístico necesario para el funcionamiento del Departamento.

Colaborar en la elaboración del presupuesto del Departamento.

Efectuar la ordenación del gasto cuando reciba esta función por delegación del Jefe del Departamento.

Someter a aprobación del Secretario General el programa de compras del Departamento y atender lo relacionado con la dotación del organismo.

Las que reciba por delegación, aquellas inherentes a las funciones que desarrolla y las demás que se le asignen.
