En el evento de una posterior reestructuración administrativa de los organismos que trata el presente Decreto, los funcionarios que se incorporan en virtud del mismo, a la planta de personal correspondiente a las dependencias que se crean, no podrán ser desmejorados en ningún aspecto.

Decreto 2407 de 1989 · DECRETO 2407 DE 1989, 20/10/1989, por el cual se modifica la planta de personal de algunos ministerios, departamentos administrativos, la Dirección Nacional de Carrera Judicial de la rama Jurisdiccional, el Ministerio Público, la Registraduria Nacional del Estado Civil y se incorporan los funcionarios en los cargos previstos en esta disposición.
