Los funcionarios a que se refiere el presente Decreto conservarán los derechos conferidos por su ingreso a la Carrera Administrativa, mientras permanezcan vinculados a los respectivos organismos y para el desempeño del cargo sólo requerirán de la respectiva incorporación y posesión.
