En las dependencias de Presupuesto y Tesorería o Pagaduría contempladas en la estructura administrativa del Congreso Nacional, los Ministerios de Obras Públicas y Transporte y de Defensa Nacional, la Contraloría General de la República, así como la Dirección General de la Policía, complementarán sus funciones con las señaladas para los demás organismos en el presente Decreto.
