Parágrafo

De cumplirse con el procedimiento que aquí se establece, la Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria deberá autorizar la venta, y en todo caso, si transcurridos quince (15) días hábiles sin que se produjera pronunciamiento por parte de la autoridad, se entenderá que el permiso ha sido concedido en los términos de la solicitud".
