ARTICULO 2o. Para el personal fuera de planta que cumple funciones similares a las de funcionarios de Seguridad Social se aplica el porcentaje que resulte más favorable, entre el señalado en el artículo anterior o el que señale la Convención Colectiva de Trabajo.
