Artículo octavo. El Ministerio de Higiene por medio de la División de Inspección Nacional de Salubridad y Asistencia Pública, reglamentará la inversión de las partidas de dotación, sostenimiento v sobrantes que se causaren en las partidas destinadas, los cuales se invertirán en el mejoramiento y ampliación de los servicios de tales organismos.
