Artículo quinto. Refórmase el artículo primero del Decreto número 3342 del 22 de noviembre de 1946, en el sentido de que el Puesto de Socorro que viene funcionando en el Corregimiento de de Musangá prestará sus servicios, a partir del primero de enero de 1948, en la cabecera del Municipio de Sucre, Departamento de Bolívar.
