ARTICULO 63 . TRANSITORIO . Todo el personal deberá ser calificado parcialmente hasta el 31 de diciembre del año 2000, con base en las normas establecidas en los Decretos 354 de 1994 y 572 de 1995 y su nuevo período evaluable comenzará a contarse a partir del 1 de enero del año 2001, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el presente decreto.
