ARTICULO 40 . FORMULARIO No. 2 DE SEGUIMIENTO. Se aplica a todo el personal uniformado . Sobre su alcance, diligenciamiento y trámite se observarán los parámetros que para el efecto disponga la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, teniendo en cuenta anotaciones que consignen hechos o circunstancias que incidan o afecten la evaluación, periodicidad de la misma y los avances o resultados parciales de la gestión.
