ARTICULO 32. PERSONAL DE LA JUSTICIA PENAL MILITAR. El competente para evaluar los oficiales de la Policía Nacional que desempeñen funciones en la Justicia Penal Militar será en todos los casos el Director Ejecutivo de la misma. El personal del nivel ejecutivo, suboficiales o agentes que desempeñe funciones auxiliares o administrativas en la Justicia Penal Militar será evaluado por su superior inmediato.
