ARTICULO 30. CONCEPTO DE OTROS FUNCIONARIOS O DIGNATARIOS . Para la evaluación del personal de la Policía Nacional que se encuentre en comisión del servicio en otras entidades o dependencias, o destinado a la seguridad de funcionarios o dignatarios, la autoridad evaluadora debe solicitar conceptos escritos referidos a su desempeño profesional, los cuales obran como soporte de la evaluación.
