° Se exceptúan de la prohibición establecida en el artículo 2° del Decreto 624 de 1993, la utilización de servicios de radiocomunicaciones por sistemas "trunking" destinados a prestar apoyo operativo interno a las funciones o actividades de las empresas públicas que presten servicios de telecomunicaciones, acueducto, alcantarillado, energía, transporte de combustibles, así como los que utilicen las autoridades de tránsito y las entidades que presten servicios de bomberos, siempre y cuando dichos servicios de radiocomunicaciones operen con equipos fijos instalados en las oficinas o en los automotores propios de tales entidades.
