ARTICULO 80. DEROGATORIA Y VIGENCIA. Este decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga el decreto de evaluación y clasificación para el personal de las Fuerzas Militares adoptado por el Decreto 1253 de junio 27 de 1988 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
