ARTICULO 61. RETIRO. Serán retirados del servicio activo dentro de los noventa (90) días siguientes a la fecha de clasificación

a)

Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares clasificados en lista CINCO

b)

Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares que cumplidos 15 o más años de servicio sean clasificados en lista CUATRO.
