ARTICULO 56. LISTA TRES. Son clasificados en lista TRES, quienes en su evaluación anual obtengan los indicadores entre "Bueno y Excelente", máximo un (1) indicador en Regular. Si el indicador en "Regular" corresponde a desempeño en el cargo se clasificará en lista CUATRO.
