ARTICULO 55. LISTA DOS. Son clasificados en lista DOS, quienes en su evaluación anual obtengan los indicadores entre "Bueno y Excelente", de los cuales como mínimo cuatro (4) superiores a "Bueno". De los indicadores superiores a "Bueno" uno (1) por lo menos ha de corresponder al desempeño en el cargo.
