ARTICULO 54. LISTA UNO. Son clasificados en lista UNO, quienes en su evaluación anual obtengan los indicadores evaluados entre "Bueno y Excelente", de los cuales como mínimo dos (2) en "Excelente" y dos en "Muy Bueno". De los indicadores en "Excelente" uno (1) por lo menos ha de corresponder a desempeño en el cargo.
