ARTICULO 32 . FORMULARIO 2, PROGRAMA PERSONAL DE DESEMPEÑO EN EL CARGO. Es un instrumento de la fase de obtención de información, concertado entre el evaluado y el evaluador, según se trate de las funciones del cargo principal o funciones adicionales. Para su diligenciamiento y trámite se observarán los parámetros que para el efecto disponga el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares.
