Es un instrumento que permite obtener una visión general del evaluado, sus especialidades y aptitudes, con el propósito de optimizar su empleo. Para diligenciamiento y trámite se observarán los parámetros que para el efecto disponga el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares.
