ARTICULO 26 . OMISION DE EVALUACION . Cuando por cualquier circunstancia se omita la evaluación anual de un Oficial o Suboficial, ésta se elaborará con los informes que puedan recopilarse, sin perjuicio de la acción disciplinaria a que haya lugar.
