La autoridad revisora puede devolver a la evaluadora, aquellos documentos que presenten omisiones o errores procedimentales para su corrección, pero en ningún caso lo hará por conceptos o valoraciones emitidas por el evaluador, lo que se sujetará a reclamo o apelación.
