ARTICULO 23 . DEFINICION . Se denomina "AUTORIDAD REVISORA" el oficial en servicio activo responsable de la verificación de las actuaciones del evaluado con la valoración de los indicadores emitida por el evaluador para garantizar el máximo grado de justicia en el proceso evaluatorio y proteger los intereses de la institución y del evaluado. La autoridad revisora es el Comandante de la unidad o jefe de repartición, inmediato superior de la autoridad evaluadora, cuya facultad y responsabilidad es ineludible e indelegable.
