ARTICULO 11. ANUALIDAD. Con excepción de los casos especiales determinados en el presente Decreto, el periodo de evaluación es anual y se establece así

Oficiales Del 1º de octubre al 30 de septiembre del año siguiente.

Suboficiales Del 1º de julio al 30 de junio del año siguiente.
