Se refiere a la valoración de las anotaciones sobre desempeño personal y profesional contenidas en los formularios No. 2 y 3 con el propósito de asignarles la evaluación merecida dentro de los niveles de calidad considerados en el artículo 35 del presente Estatuto. Se consigna en el formulario No.4.
