Obligatoriedad. Los empleados a quienes corresponda efectuar la calificación tendrán la obligación de hacerlo en los períodos y circunstancias aquí estipuladas o en la respectiva reglamentación, so pena de incurrir en falta grave y hacerse acreedor a las sanciones disciplinarias del caso, sin perjuicio de que cumpla su obligación de evaluar y calificar. Si la evaluación o calificación no se efectuase oportunamente por el empleado competente, el afectado podrá solicitar que se realice por alguno de sus superiores, dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la solicitud.
