Objeto de la evaluación . El rendimiento, la calidad del trabajo y el comportamiento laboral de los empleados de los Cuerpos Oficiales de Bomberos, serán objeto de evaluación. La evaluación del desempeño laboral se tendrá en cuenta para adquirir derechos de carrera, otorgar incentivos pecuniarios y no pecuniarios, planificar la capacitación y la formación, determinar la permanencia en el servicio, acceder a encargos y otorgar comisión para desempeñar empleos de libre nombramiento y remoción o de período.
